Congratulations to Mitchell Cross Country for competing in Districts today! Way to go Shirley! She will compete in State Cross Country next Friday! Go Tigers!
District Land judging was today in Scottsbluff county. The kids placed 6th as a team, Evan Hessler placed the highest at 29th, followed by Michael Suttles was next in 33rd, Jackson Jenkins placed 37th, Rylan Houk placed 39th, Wyatt Sauer placed 42nd, Rio Williams placed 43rd, Thomas Esselstein 49th, Zane Keller placed 52nd, William Pieper placed 54th, Justin Missel placed 71st, Mason Pitts placed 79th, and William Thomas placed 87th. It was a good day and a good learning experience. We are proud of what the kids accomplished.

The "Pride of Mitchell" Marching Band performed during the Chadron State College Homecoming Parade and again played with the CSC Pep Band during the CSC Football game against Fort Lewis on Saturday, October 7.
Many "Outstanding" compliments were received! The band & Mr. Sailors are very deserving!

Parent/Teacher Conferences October 11th & 12th Mitchell Jr/Sr High School 1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Parents, please attend to check on your child's progress, successes and challenges. Upon arrival, please check in at the front counter. Grade level advisors will share college & career portfolio development/progress for 9-12 students. These are Friday schedule days for students.
