Mitchell Public Schools (Mitchell, NE) is seeking an Early Childhood (PreK) teacher for the 2022-2023 School year. The district is expanding programming to include both the current morning and afternoon half-day sessions as well as adding an additional full day offering.
Mitchell’s Tiger Cub Preschool serves 3 and 4 year olds in a multi-aged classroom. The Early Childhood program (2 classrooms) will be opening in the newly renovated building just east of the elementary site. Mitchell partners with HeadStart programming to provide an enriching, educational and caring environment for early learners.
Candidates who hold a valid Nebraska teaching certificate with an endorsement in Early Childhood Inclusive (Special Education) or Early Childhood will have priority consideration.
