The staff & students at MES wore purple today for MPS Awareness Month. By wearing purple we can raise awareness for those diagnosed with MPS. We invite each one of you to come walk with Reina this Sunday in Scottsbluff at the new bridge on Hwy 26 at 2:30 pm to help raise money.

The MES Talent Show will be held on Monday, May 9. The time has been changed to 1:30 pm. Doors will be open at 1:00 pm. Please enter through the northeast gym doors. There will be an area in the student section that parents can take pictures, video, watch. We ask that when your child has completed their performance, you move back to the parent section so the next parent can move to that spot. Thank you.

Message from MES PET: We are going to reschedule the MES "Chalk the Walk" for Thursday, May 5, right after school. We will start in the northeast teacher parking lot after the buses leave at 3:43 pm. Please do not park in the teachers' parking lot. Let's show our staff & teachers how much we appreciate them! EO

Exciting Wrestling News! The Mitchell wrestling team, coaches, and team captains applied for the Jordan Burroughs scholarship to the Gothenburg team camp this summer. Yesterday afternoon Jordan Burroughs personally called Ace Hobbs, Cael Peters, Santiago Castillo and Coach Chancellor to inform them that Mitchell has been selected to receive this scholarship unanimously by the selection board. Quite an honor to talk to a World and Olympic Champion! Go Tigers
