Mitchell Volleyball wants to thank everyone who supported the program by playing in the volleyball tournament, all the businesses who donated, the Mitchell volleyball parents for donations, and all the individual families who came and watched and were also generous with donations. WTC Honor Band 23 members of the Mitchell Band will be representing us as part of the WTC honor band in Kimball this evening. They have been working hard for 6 hours today! If you are looking for a "Project on Wheels," we may have a deal for you! Mitchell Public Schools is taking sealed bids for a 1994 Ford School Bus. Those interested in bidding may inquire for additional information (condition, mileage, etc.) by contacting John Bevins at 308-623-1707 or jbevins@mitchelltigers.org. The bus can also be viewed at the High School site (bus barn area). Reserve of $400.00. Bids will close on Friday, Mar. 25th.

Youth Basketball successful over the weekend! 7th grade boys won their tournament in Rapid City! 8th grade girls won their tournament in Deadwood! Congratulations to both teams! Go Tigers!

Congratulations to Mr. Austin Sailors for receiving the Jack Snider Outstanding Young Band Director Award for the state of Nebraska this past weekend. We are so fortunate that Mr. Sailors works with our kids daily! Congratulations Mr. Sailors - very deserving!

Tigers Committed hosted “Overtime” tonight. The “Itsy Bitsy Spikers won the volleyball tournament and the “Big Purrs” won the dodgeball tournament. The “Oldies but Goodies” (Staff) fought good fights in both tournaments, but finished runner up. Great time with AWESOME KIDS! Go Tigers!
