Summer Band begins Monday, July 24!
Summer band begins next Monday, July 24th in the high school band room at 9:30 am until 12:00 pm. All upcoming 7-12 band students are welcome! The band will prepare for the Fair Parade on the morning of July 29th. Feel free to contact Mr. Sailors if you have any questions. Go Tigers!
Attention Parents: Summer Opportunity for incoming 4th-8th Graders. Youth Basketball and Football Camp. Coach Kuxhausen and Coach Gillen would like for you to try and sign up this week for T-Shirt purposes, but if you can't get the form turned in this week, contact Coach Kuxhausen to let him know you will be attending. Thank you to all the volunteers that helped assemble the new Mitchell Tiger Cub Preschool Playground equipment! Construction volunteers included architect Megan Hayward and the Rotary Club of Scottsbluff/Gering, Jeff Jenkins and Doug Keener of the Mitchell School Board, and Jack Jenkins and Wyatt Sauer of Mitchell High School. Members of the National Honor Society also helped keep the crew fed and hydrated. It looks fantastic, and we can't wait to have preschoolers playing on it this fall!
