Speaker lab: Freshman studied sound waves, electricity and magnetism. The class built speakers to show that you can use all these concepts in a speaker. These mini speakers worked well!

Congratulations to Hayden Umble joining the Mitchell Hall of Fame. Hayden was selected 1st team All State Football in Class C2. Today at MES's Morning Meeting, we recognized Olivia Maldonado for her outstanding wrestling accomplishments. Olivia is ranked #1 in her weight class by the World of Wrestling National Rankings. Olivia is not only an outstanding wrestling, but a great kid! We are proud of you Olivia!

Sullivan Johnson, Mitchell High School Junior, recently received an award for Film and Emerging Arts, from the University of Lincoln for his participation in the Nebraska Young Artist Awards program. The award recognizes juniors across the state for their skills and talents.

These 6 students represented Mitchell High School FBLA this past week in Kearney at the Nebraska State Leadership Conference. They took competitive tests, attended leadership seminars and connected with other FBLA members throughout the state.
