We have a few changes regarding the winter schedule. We will have copies of the updated sports schedule at the high school and elementary buildings, as well as the link below.

November 11th: Girls Jr. high basketball @ Kimball will start at 4:30 instead of 4:00

JR. High Girls Wrestling changes and updates:
- The triangular on January 27th is canceled.
- The Bayard Invite will be on February 3rd, not the 2nd.
- The Hemingford tournament will take place on February 24th, not January 23rd.

Art Day! Chadron State College hosted "Art Day" for high schools on November 4th. Mitchell students enjoyed the opportunity! Thank you Mr Law for sponsoring. Go Tigers!

Mitchell JH wrestler competed in their first tournament of the season. Thirty-one competed and they finished with 7 Champions, 5 second place finishers, and 7 third place medalist. They finished placing 19 out of the 31 contestants. They fought hard, for many of the athletes it was their first attempt at the sport! Go Tigers!

Veterans Day Program! All Veterans are invited to the Mitchell Public Schools, Veterans Day Program on Tuesday, November 11 at 9:00 a.m. at the Jr/Sr High gymnasium. We appreciate and honor our Veterans! Go Tigers!

Mitchell Elementary Red Ribbon Week Oct. 27th- 31st!

Thank you Mitchell Alumni Volleyball Players for joining us at our 1st Annual recognition night on Tuesday! We were joined by players from the 1972 season to the 2024 season! It was a great night to be a Mitchell Tiger! Go Tigers!

Mitchell will travel to Hemingford on Monday to take on the Bobcats at 6:30PM in the first round of the NSAA C2-10 subdistrict.
